God asked me to commit to staffing here at YWAM Alberta. One of the things that is really on my heart is to help people get an understanding of who they are in Christ, and to help them discover the potential that is within them and to draw it out in the open. As staff I will be able to stand alongside the students as they go throught the learning process and assist them. This will include things like leading small groups and outreaches, mentoring and walking alongside the students as they seek God's will for their lives, and just doing all that is possible to make this home for them during their stay here.
